Vitamin D insufficiency causes a variety of health concerns and is becoming more common around the world.

According to study, diabetes hastens the ageing process and causes memory loss.




According to a study published in the journal E-Life, diabetes not only increases ageing but also accelerates brain ageing.
Type 2 diabetes, according to experts, can speed up the ageing process by 26 percent.

Our brains are gifted with amazing talents including practical memory, learning, self-control, and flexible thinking. All of these functions deteriorate with age, but diabetic people have a 7 to 13% reduction in brain processing and other problems. Another conclusion is that type 2 diabetes can lead to a wide range of mental illnesses.

After then, specialists looked at brain MRI images of healthy people and those with diabetes. Patients with diabetes had a 13 percent lower incidence of brain-related grey matter than those without diabetes. Both healthy and sick patients in this study were the same age.

The risk of heart attack and stroke has increased among Pakistani youth with diabetes

According to research presented at the third annual conference of the Pakistan Society of Internal Medicine in Karachi, the average age of new diabetic patients in Karachi is 30-35 years, the majority of whom are 77% obese.

 "Fasting" means to abstain from all food and drink for 12 to 14 hours prior to the test. When we eat a meal before a scheduled test, it can significantly affect the parameters and test results. The only thing allowed is to drink water. Before the test, you can drink a glass of still mineral water. It is not allowed to consume coffee, tea, juice or water with additives.



Fasting - what does it mean?
