Infusion: it is prepared with 30 g of leaves for 1 liter of water.
Dry extract: it is found in the form of capsules, tablets, tablets, etc.
Health properties of papaya juice
Latex and leaves are a precious help for those suffering from poor digestion and insufficient secretion of gastric juices. In addition, it has a vermifuge action useful against intestinal parasites. The papaya fruit is rich in vitamins A and C and contains papain , which normalizes digestion and intestinal functions.
As it spreads in the body, papain fractionates the abnormally secreted proteins, such as collagen fibers, facilitating their elimination with consequent improvement of the so-called " orange peel " skin .
Papaya seeds can also be used as a mild laxative.
