Intestinal cleansing. A healthy gut is the key to happiness
The gut is considered the human body's "second brain." This is not a joke; 90% of them contain serotonin, or the happiness hormone. As a result, maintaining a healthy intestinal microbiota helps defend against low mood, anxiety, and even melancholy. It is also in charge of vitamin synthesis and the elimination of dietary detritus. The intestines have a sophisticated neural system, are involved in nutrient absorption, and create enzymes. Their bacteria, among other things, have an impact on immunity.
Digestive disorders, abdominal pain, flatulence, loss of appetite, nausea, overall malaise, persistent weariness, skin issues, and lowered immunity may all be symptoms of toxic buildup in our intestines. We are primarily to blame for this state of affairs, having made several nutritional errors such as:
.- avoiding foods with a lot of fiber
• too little raw vegetables and fruit in the diet
• too little water consumed every day
• too many products containing preservatives, artificial colors
• too many deep-fried dishes
• too little exercise
• too fast and nervous eating
Cleansing the small intestine
Vitamins and important nutrients from meals are absorbed into the body in the small intestine. The less hazardous substances the small intestine is exposed to, the better it will execute its role. How can he enhance his work? It is strongly influenced by substances that aid digestion, such as pepsin-containing treatments. A marshmallow root preparation, which relieves intestinal inflammation and absorbs toxins, will also be effective. Linseed oil is also anti-inflammatory when cold-pressed.
Colon cleansing
Cleaning the large intestine of the leftover compact faecal mass is possible if we increase the amount of fibre products, mineral water, and physical activity in our diet. It is also worthwhile to alter the diet and introduce more beneficial products to aid digestion, such as:
raw vegetables and fruits
• seeds to improve intestinal peristalsis (psyllium plantain, chia seeds, linseed)
• mineral water (minimum 2 liters a day, the day should start with a glass of water with lemon)
• herbal infusions (fennel, mint, dandelion medicinals, ginger)
Constipation with intestinal problems
Constipation is a reoccurring problem, so the most essential thing is to develop healthy eating habits over time, drink lots of water, eat fruit and vegetable combinations, fibre, and avoid sweets and glucose. Groats, such as buckwheat and barley, should be included in the diet. White bread should be substituted with wholegrain, dark bread, and oatmeal should be consumed. Flaxseed will undoubtedly aid in the treatment of constipation, and infusions of it assist the healthy working of the intestines. Flaxseed is high in fibre and hence helps to avoid constipation. They can also be consumed in cases of upper respiratory tract and digestive system irritation. It is recommended to add these beneficial seeds to kefir. Lactic bacteria found in kefir are good to the intestinal flora. Furthermore, kefir boosts the immune system, increases metabolism, and is high in protein.
